'The Artist' wins three top Oscars, including best picture
LOS ANGELES — Bob and Harvey Weinstein resumed their perch as Hollywood's favorite taste-makers Sunday, with “The Artist” and “The Iron Lady” sweeping up key Academy Awards and much of this year's Oscar nominations bump.
