Bumpy road getting 'October Baby' to big screen
A woman goes searching for the mother who tried to abort her in a pro-life tract that's every bit as creepy as it sounds.The independent film tells the story of a college freshman who learns that she was adopted by her parents and is the survivor of an attempted abortion.Former Buffalo Center resident Dave Johnson is one of the executive producers of the film “October Baby,” which opened Friday in nearly 400 movie theaters across the country, including Cinema West in Mason City.
