Teacher Buyouts: A Sign Of The Times
The CTA just seems to have ongoing problems with their time signs. Even at the newly rehabbed Red Line station at Grand and State. CTA Tattler friend and faithful reader Nina tweeted this sign to me Sunday: "Yesterday at @cta Grand on theThese are a dismal sign of the times. People who are desperate for money turn to payday lenders despite the frightening interest charges – up to 4000% – they can rack up. These Shylocks are the equivalent of Victorian pawnbrokers on street corners
