Bath salts are the most recent culprits suspected by the police which caused the zombie-like attack of Rudy Eugene, eating another man's face last week in Miami. Eugene got killed along the MacArthur Causeway in MiamiArmando Aguilar, president of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police, suspects that the attacker was under the influence of drugs known as "bath salts."
