Laura asks…The current phone hacking scandal. How did they do it?What's going on with The News of the World, was it really hacking? A lot of the time the media reports "hacking" but it just turns out people were duped for their passwords by stupidly responding to stupid emails and such. I'm just curious how this newspapers hacked a bunch of phones, including that of the PM. Was is using hacking technology? Getting their hands on the phone and changing the voice mail number?
